WSDL Version 2017.2 to be Retired

edited Sep 30, 2024 5:51PM in Announcements

Oracle NetSuite provides product support for SOAP web services endpoints and associated WSDL's in the current product release, plus the previous 5 versions or 6 in total. Eight additional endpoint versions from the previous four years are also available, however are provided without any product support. When your account is upgraded this year to version 2024.2, older endpoint version 2017.2 will be retired.

Some NetSuite accounts are currently using one of these endpoints that are scheduled to be disabled. To ensure that your web service-based integrations continue to work, you must upgrade to a later endpoint before your account is upgraded to NetSuite Release 2024.2. As a general recommendation, any customers who are using an unsupported version are advised to upgrade to the latest WSDL version.
