Suiteprojects- Budget Visibility

Hi There

For project task related budgets, why does this not show in the budget tab of the project unless this checkbox is ticked? (I have Suiteprojects on this account)

Edit Mode with checkbox ticked:

Is there a way for me to view all the project task level budgets without clicking into each project task?
