Action Required: Grant New Permission to Brazil Reports Custom Records

This notice applies to customers who have the Brazil Reports SuiteApp installed in your account, and you may assess taxes or generate SPED files.

What is Changing?

On October 9, 2024, NetSuite will change the default permissions of the following custom records:

  • Amounts related to ICMS per state (customrecord_brr_icms_taxamount_state)
  • Assembly build or unbuild history (customrecord_brr_assembly_history)
  • Component quantity history (customrecord_brr_component_qtd_hist)
  • ICMS assessment (customrecord_brr_icms_assess)
  • ICMS debit and credit adjustment (customrecord_brr_icms_debcred_adj)
  • Inventory assessment (customrecord_brr_inventory_assessment)
  • ISS assessment (customrecord_brr_iss_assess)
  • PIS and COFINS credit balance (customrecord_brr_pis_cofins_cred_balance)
