Action Required: Grant New Permission to Clone File Layouts with LATAM File Builder

This notice applies to customers who have the LATAM File Builder SuiteApp installed in your account, and you may clone file layouts.

What is Changing?

On October 9, 2024, Oracle NetSuite will change the default permission of the file layout clone request (customrecord_lfb_file_layout_clone) custom record.

The Administrator role will be granted full permissions to access the custom record.

The LATAM File Builder SuiteApp leverages this custom record to clone file layouts. For more information, see Cloning File Layouts, SuiteAnswers ID 1016189.

Required Actions

Before October 9, 2024, for any additional roles that need to clone file layout records, grant the Custom Record Entries permission
