Permission Update for LATAM E-Document Certification Custom Records

This notice is intended for customers who are using the LATAM E-Document Certification SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

On October 10, 2024, the default permissions for the following custom records will be updated:

• E-Document Certification Request (customrecord_ecs_edoc_cert_req)
• E-Document Certification Return (customrecord_ecs_edoc_cert_ret)

The Administrator role will receive full permissions to access both custom records. For other roles, you will need to update their permissions and access levels.

Required Actions

Before October 10, 2024, you must grant the following permissions to any additional roles that need to send e-documents to tax authorities for certification.Refer to the table for the list of permissions you need to add to your roles.
