Author/Sender Nickname

Hi.

I was in the impression when we set the Nickname under the user preferences the emails, we send from NetSuite will say that name on the from of the message but seems like still showing the user Empoyee ID.

For example, Sending the emails it will show Gabriel S. But I changed my Nickname to Gabriel G, because i want that name appear in the from of the email.

Can somebody provide any advice?
