Action Required Review Pre-configured Wage Agreements for Industry Awards Available in WFM

This notice applies to SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers and current implementation in your account allows you access to pre-configured wage agreements for industry awards. Pre-configured agreements can help you manage employees covered by the fast food, hospitality, and restaurant industry awards in Australia.

What is Changing?

Starting October 15, 2024, Oracle will provide the option for WFM users to use pre-configured wage agreements for the following industry awards in Australia:

  • Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119]
  • Fast Food Industry Award [MA000003]
  • Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009]

Each pre-configured wage agreement is set up to apply the specifications and coverage of each industry award. You must opt to use each award so you can assign their associated wage costs and entitlements to your employees. Pre-configured agreements include the following components:
