Specialized User: CRM Role (Launched with 2024.2 Release)
Hi,
Is anyone currently utilizing the newly introduced "Specialized User: CRM Role" feature, or does anyone have expertise with it? At present, I see that we don't have any provisions for this feature. Should we request access from NetSuite?
Additionally, is this feature a billable license, or is it freely available to NetSuite customers?
