Renaming SuitePeople Workforce Management Global Agreements
This notice is intended for SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers in Australia, and the current implementation in your account includes access to the WFM global wage agreements for industry awards.
What is Changing?
Starting October 27, 2024, the existing terminology referring to Global Agreements will update to Pre-configured Wage Agreements.This change will apply to the labels of the pre-configured wage agreements that are shown when you go to Setup > Wage and check the Include inactive agreements box.
Required Actions
No actions are required from you or your employees before this update. Starting October 22, 2024, you can find information about pre-configured wage agreements in the NetSuite Help Center. For more information, see
