Changing the Duration format for time entry

Is there a way to configure NetSuite to accept European time duration formats (e.g., 0,5, 1,5, 0,25) when importing time entries via CSV, instead of manually converting them to the decimal format (e.g., 0.5, 1.5, 0.25)?
