Bin putaway quantity double what it should be

Hi,

I recently performed an inventory worksheet to revalue stock as of end of last month. There were a lot of items so opted to import it. In order to do so I had to turn off bins for the relevant items, import the worksheet, retick the 'use bins' on the items.
On doing the bin putaway worksheet the quantities are double the original quantity. I can't see any reason, does any one know why?
