Quantity on PO in decimal

My Quantity on PO under inventory subtab on one of the item shows in decimal. Warehouse received a partial quantity in eaches while the purchase quantity is pack.Warehouse changed the receiving unit to eaches while scanning through gun.How to overcome this issue
