Upgrade the WSDL version used
This notice applies to customers currently using one of the unsupported SOAP web services endpoint versions (versions 2017_2 to 2021_1). To ensure the continuity of your web service integrations, and efficient support, you must upgrade to a supported endpoint version as soon as possible. It is important to upgrade the WSDL version used, because:
- When your account is upgraded this year to version 2024.2, the oldest unsupported endpoint version 2017.2 is turned off automatically. Using this endpoint leads to a non-working integration and potential broken business process.
- Oracle NetSuite does not fix bugs in unsupported endpoints.
- The upgrade of your integration from an unsupported version is more time consuming than an upgrade from later supported versions.
