Unable Update Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Plans

Hi all,

I hope you're doing well. I'm currently working on updating the Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Plans, but I'm encountering an issue where I'm unable to complete the process. Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

I've attached a screenshot for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
