Based on this thread, the @{accountId}.email.netsuite.com domain seems to be one legitimately used by NetSuite:

One of our users got a message about pending mail on the server, which looks like a phishing attempt. However, unfortunately some system-generated emails look like phishing attempts, with no contextual communication or validation methods through known channels, and use of non-transparent domains etc.
How would we validate from within NetSuite that all is well with our inbound email (such as replies from vendors/customers) and that nothing is stuck / missing?
