SCIS Cost Center (Department) no longer synching

When creating a sale in SCIS, the cost center (department) in the item line is no longer automatically generated in NetSuite. This used to work and we don't know what changed. It appears to have broken with a NetSuite upgrade. Anyone know how to make sure the cost center is populated on a SCIS sale?
