Custom role permissions

Hi Guys!

We have created a custom role for a client's commercial team department.

We have also created a Custom Record (Header) and Sublist Record (Lines) and a script for this client. And we are trying to give access to this customization to the client but the user can only view the header part of the customization even though we are giving full access for both Custom Record (Header) and Custom Record (Lines):

Any ideas on what other permission are required here?
