NetSuite SuiteAnswers for OpenAir Upgrade - December 3, 2024

This notice applies to customers who are using OpenAir. On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, Oracle NetSuite will upgrade all OpenAir customers to an updated version of NetSuite SuiteAnswers.

What is Changing?

We are upgrading the version of NetSuite SuiteAnswers for OpenAir. This version provides a streamlined and unified experience for OpenAir and NetSuite users accessing the knowledge base and support services. For more information, see the OpenAir 2024.2 release notes under New Version of SuiteAnswers (SuiteAnswer ID:88463).

Recommended Actions

No actions are needed from you or from your employees. The transition to the new version of SuiteAnswers should be seamless. After the upgrade is complete on December 3, 2024, users will be on the new version the next time they access SuiteAnswers. The new version includes an introduction to SuiteAnswers and an FAQ.As a reminder, to access SuiteAnswers:
