Final Reminder: Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) End of Support
This notice applies to customers who still use the Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) feature as an authentication method in your account. When your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2025.1, integrations still using the SuiteSignOn feature will stop working, which can cause issues in your account. Upgrade your integrations before NetSuite 2025.1, if you want them to work properly.
What is Changing
Support for the SuiteSignOn feature ended for non-production accounts in NetSuite 2024.1. As of NetSuite 2025.1, support for SuiteSignOn ends for production accounts. After your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2025.1, all integrations using the SuiteSignOn feature will stop working.
Required Actions
If you want to keep your integrations working, you must replace them with new integrations using the NetSuite as OIDC Provider feature. This feature is more secure, modern, and a more reliable authentication method. To create new integrations for use with the NetSuite as OIDC Provider feature, see
