Make Sales Rep field on customer record inline for custom role
Hello Experts,
We have an issue where our order fulfilment team sometime change the sales rep on customer record which impacts the commission.
We want that only administrator or analyst role can change the sales rep on customer record and all other role will have sales rep field as inline and can not be edited.
Can we do it without need to create another form and make that as preferred. Something we can do it with workflow?
