How can I dynamically set the date from the filter or criteria filter in the custom formula?

I want to set the 'To Date' selected by the user in the filter (or the date from the criteria filter) as the 'To Date' in the custom formula (refer to Screenshot 3). The date selected by the user should dynamically populate in the custom formula, and the formula should execute based on that date.
