Multiyear contract

Hello all,

We have multiyear contracts with our customers. Let's say the contract has a 5y Initial Term that is billed annually. Every year the price can be adjusted based on the indexation number or a GWP update. Currently we create a new Sales Order per year, and renew this at the end of the year and apply any price updates on the new SO. However, this is a lot of manual work.

Is there a better set-up within NetSuite possible for our situation?
