Middlesex Savings Bank - Bank Feed & Reconciliation

Hi all

I'm trying to help one of our subsidiaries with their bank feed from Middlesex Savings Bank in US. The feed is connected to the US/Cananda Financial Institution record, and we have successful feeds from European accounts.

Unfortunately the feed has to be rebuilt daily because Netsuite is failing to pull the data during the automated/scheduled daily task. We have a case open which has advised to speak with the bank about changing the session timeout (perhaps for a given user rather than all users). Has anyone else experienced an issue like this with MSB ?
