Rebrand of NetSuite OpenAir to NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (Action Required)

As announced during SuiteWorld '24, NetSuite OpenAir will be rebranded to NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, starting January 25, 2025.Please discuss the changes with your IT team in addition to making users of your company’s OpenAir account aware of the rebranding. If your company is using spam filtering, firewall, domain or redirection safelisting or allowlisting, your IT team will need to make the necessary adjustments in advance of the target dates for these changes.

What is changing?

The rebranding includes the following visible changes:

  • Product name - References to 'OpenAir' will be replaced with 'NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro' or 'SuiteProjects Pro' in the web application as well as in SuiteAnswers and Documentation.
