limit on order/in transit report to 2 locations

I am trying to make a report to show items that are in transit between two of our locations only as well as their current on hand inventory. the report is filtered to just these two locations. when adding the on order or in transit columns to the report is shows all items that are moving between all of our locations and the two the report is filtered to. is there a way to make it show only on order/in transit for the two locations in the report?
