NetSuite Admin Tip | Memorized Transaction changed to Reminder?
The Memorized Transaction features are incredibly helpful for our everyday transactions especially when dealing with transactions that happen regularly. By using this feature, we can save a lot of time and effort because it allows us to automatically recall these transactions without having to enter all the details each time. It simplifies our tasks and minimizes errors, thereby streamlining our workflow and enabling more effective financial management
However, there are times when the memorized transactions may not post as expected. This can occur when “Automatic” Memorized Transaction has been switched to “Reminder”. In this case, as an Administrator, you would need to identify what went wrong by performing these steps:
