combine character in CSV import

Hi expert,

I have master combination data list of customer name in english and chinese character, what should i do in my excel file?

what i did was:

  1. from excel save as CSV UTF-8
  2. from that CSV, i start importing, select character encoding = UTF-8 and delimeter = comma
  3. but in the "Field mapping" step, the view like this

is there any missing step here ?
