Advances Customer Statement - Show Only Open Transactions field

I want to create an advanced Customer Statement. In the payment columns, i want to add a condition that, if the checkbox 'Show Only Open Transactions' is true, only the open amount will be displayed. How can I access the 'Show Only Open Transactions' field?
