Saved Search Summing Help
I have a saved search that I'm trying to use to compare how much of an item was Estimated to a customer vs how much was actually put to Sales Orders.
When I drill down, here we can see the customer, the items and the related transactions they appear on. The quantities are all coming through correctly, but the issue occurs once I try to summarize the results.
From the consolidated view, there are three items missing which are the ones highlighted in the above image. So the items it's missing are the ones that were both quoted for and sold, so there is an issue with it trying to Sum/Group the results and I'm not sure what. It's the same item to the same customer, so the grouping should be fine, then it just needs to sum with the 63MR10 example, Qty Quoted = 1 + 1 + 0 + 0 and Qty Ordered = 0 + 0 + 2 + 2.
