Users often delay resetting their passwords. It is crucial to understand the timeframe within which a user can reset their password using the reset password link. Timely resets ensure system security and minimize potential disruptions. This article outlines the expiration time for password reset links and provides further resources for administrators to manage access effectively.

Administrator-Initiated Password Reset (including the User Access Reset Tool): The password reset link, similar to the initial password setup link sent when the customer record was created, expires after 24 hours. After this timeframe, users will need to request a new link to proceed with their password reset. This policy ensures that unused or forgotten reset links do not pose a security risk.
