Netsuite unable to log in for whole company

Hello,

We cannot log into netsuite as it says our passwords are incorrect. Our system was incredibly slow and timing out yesterday. Seems like the system has finally ate itself last night. Since we can not log in, we can not submit a support case unless there is a way around that.

Is there any fix for when this will get corrected? Have been seeing incidents all night to this effect. we are down and can not run operations.
