Fixed Asset Report | Missing an Asset Record
Greetings.
Our controller sent me a message stating that one of the assets was not showing up on the Fixed Asset Report.
- Fixed Assets > Reports > Generate Report
- Report Type: Fixed Assets Listing
- Star Date: 1/1/2024 End Date: 12/31/2024
If I run the report using 2025 dates (1/1/2025 to 12/31/2025), that asset does show up on the list.
Asset History:
- Created 1/2/2025
- Purchase Date was set 12/23/2025
- Changed within an hour to 12/23/2024
- Depreciation Start Date: 12/23/2024
I'd like to be able to either
- Tweak the record so it shows in 2024
- Provide an explanation as to why it's only showing in 2025
