Auto-Create Rule Behavior Change

This notice is to inform you of an upcoming change in the behavior of auto-create rules. As a user of auto-create rules, this change will affect your workflow. This change will be implemented in NetSuite version 2025.1.

What is Changing?

The Make Auto-Create Rule From Selected Transactions box on the Match Bank Data page will no longer be checked by default. Therefore, when the criteria for an auto-create rule are met, the system will no longer generate an auto-create rule by default. This change ensures that transaction creation and matching done by an auto-create rule will not occur unless you check the box first.
