SCA | Return Reason | Hide a Specific Reason When Returning an Item

Hi Guys,

I hope you are doing well!

When returning an item on the SCA website, it asks for a return reason. Is there a way to hide specific reasons?

Hi @Shubham_Singh

You can Add, Edit, or Remove return reasons via Configuration of your webstore.

* Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Configuration 
* Select your website record and domain 
* Click Configure button 
* My Account Tab > Return Authorization subtab.
