Add custom field during item receipt under inventory detail

Hello

We need to add a new field for the lot number so that users can enter additional information during item receipt, work order completion, and inventory adjustments in the inventory details. While we have created a custom field using the item number field ( customization-list records-item number field) , this new field is not available during these transactions ( when we are entering the lot number information ).

We found Suite Answer ID: 100706 regarding the Lot Number SuiteApp, but the additional field is not available for Inventory Adjustment transactions. Is there a way to make this field available in the inventory details for lot-numbered items without this suiteapp ?
