Permission Upgrade Required for SCIS Store Manager and Clerk Roles
This notice is intended for all customers using SCIS. The NetSuite 2025.1 release introduces permission changes that may prevent you from logging into your SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) account.
What is changing?
Effective with the NetSuite 2025.1 release, users with the SCIS Store Manager and SCIS Clerk roles will be able to log into SCIS only if the permission level on the Phone Calls field set to Full for these roles.
Required Actions
You must change the permission of the Phone Calls field on the SCIS Store Manager and SCIS Clerk roles in your SCIS bundle. You must do this before your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2025.1.
