Is there a way to get Individual Packages and Tracking Numbers from Item Fulfillment using REST API?

Hello All,

I would like to be able to obtain the individual packages of an Item Fulfillment and their tracking numbers using REST API as below

https://<accountid>.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com/services/rest/record/v1/itemFulfillment/1182354?expandSubResources=true

As I check further, all permissions are good, currently using administrator role, still not getting package and tracking number details in response,

Your insights/experiences would be greatly appreciated!
