Password expiration

Question

Greetings,

One of the role my client uses is Single SAML sign on and one of them is password, when the password expires does the SAML sign on expires as well?  how do you handle password that is used for the backend to login and get reports to export it to another system, they don't want that to expire.

Hope you are doing well.

Based on what I know, if a user's password for the NetSuite UI has expired, and they have SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, they should still be able to log in to NetSuite using their SAML SSO credentials.
