Can you have multiple Email addresses for Inbound Support cases? for e.g. they want to differentiate, if it's retail customer or wholesale or is it a complain about the product? they have different departments so they want that auto assigned, SalesForce can do that, based on the email it is coming to, it can direct it to different department
