Expired Promotions will be Automatically Deactivated Beginning April 15, 2025

This notice applies to customers who use Promotions. To improve performance, some changes are being made to how we handle expired promotions.

What is Changing?

Starting April 15, 2025, all promotions with promotion end dates older than a year will be automatically deactivated. Any promotion created moving forward will also be automatically deactivated one year after its promotion end date. This change will be implemented gradually across our entire customer base to ensure a smooth transition.

Having an excessive number of active promotions can affect the performance of the promotions engine and potentially other related features. The promotions engine is integral when adding items to transactions in NetSuite and when placing orders on a commerce website.By deactivating expired promotions, you might notice performance improvements while performing the following tasks:
