Has anyone experienced credit card processing delays since MerchantE was purchased by Fortis?
MerchantE payments were automatically disbursed to us within 2-3 days with no "additional information" requirement. We used MerchantE since 2017 with this trend and no additional information necessary.
Fortis payments are now being disbursed to us 5-6 days AFTER, they send an email requiring:
