New Feature Preview: Payment Automation SuiteApp v5.0

The following Release 2025.1 Feature Preview is available in SuiteAnswers - New Feature Preview: Payment Automation SuiteApp v5.0. Log into your NetSuite account and visit SuiteAnswers to watch the recording.

This presentation covers enhancements to the Payment Automation SuiteApp v5.0:

  • Resend option for Remittance Notification for ACH and Check
  • Access to HSBC Bank Account and Credit Card Account Register
  • Bulk Bill Payments now shows Disc. Avail and Disc.

Date per transaction based on the bill’s Date driven discount term

  • Vendor’s default Billing address is validated and non-US vendor payments restricted
  • Vendor Prepayments have visual payment status tracker like Vendor payments
