Deferred Revenue Rollforward - Entries Unrelated to Deferred Revenue Accounts
Hi Gurus,
I have come across two instances in a Deferred Revenue Rollforward report where, upon drilling into the Adjustments column for a Deferred Revenue account, multiple underlying journal entries influence the reported figure. However, these journal entries do not actually impact the Deferred Revenue account to which they are attributed in the report.
In one example a single journal entry is influencing two deferred revenue accounts in the report, despite the journal itself only impacting a single deferred revenue account.
A second such example is a journal which does not impact any deferred revenue accounts at all yet is being shown in a Deferred Revenue Rollforward adjustment column.
