Analytics: Add Percentage Column to Pivot Table

I would like to add a column, next to the document count, that would show the percentage of the total for each count. How do you do this in Analytics pivot table?

Also, is there a way to get my "Bin" column to custom sort (not alpha-numeric), but in a way that would be logical for this data set?
