Urgent Reminder: Install the SuitePeople WFM SuiteApp

This notice is intended for customers using Adi Insights SuiteApps, Adi Insights (Bundle ID: 317115) and Adi Insights – Embedded (Bundle ID: 401708) who have not migrated yet to the new SuitePeople Workforce Management SuiteApp.

If accessing Workforce Management via single sign-on within NetSuite, you must stop using those Adi Insights bundles and switch to the SuitePeople WFM SuiteApp, which can be obtained from the SuiteApp Marketplace. For instructions, see Installing the SuitePeople Workforce Management SuiteApp (SuiteAnswers ID 108569).

Be aware that, as of NetSuite 2025.1, the Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) feature that is used with the older Adi Insights SuiteApps will no longer be supported. When your NetSuite account is upgraded to 2025.1, you will no longer be able to log in and use the older Adi Insights SuiteApps to access WFM features.
