Authenticator Code

Was not able to log in NetSuite Account , authenticator and back up codes aren't working. 

Also tried: 

1. Reset password

2. Clear cache

Also tried having access on different account, I managed to log in using other account access, but on some particular accounts my back up codes and authenticator codes thru app are not working. NO ERROR is prompting, the system is just refreshing every time i input codes.
