Cost of Sale Adjustments not found

Dear Gurus,

We encountered an issue where the item fulfillment date is earlier than the item receipt date, but the system does not generate a cost of sale adjustment. Why does it always appear under "Other transactions" as a Cost of Sale Adjustment on the Inventory Valuation Report?
