Bank Feeds Suiteapp does not populate fields
I am using the Bank Feeds Suiteapp. On the Match Bank Data page, the Name field and the Transaction No. field for the bank lines do not populate. Only the memo field populates. If I look in my bank portal, I see a field called Customer Reference which holds the payor/payee name. I want to get this value into Netsuite into the name column. How can I do this?
The fact the name column is blank is an issue for us because it means we cannot use the Automated Cash Application feature, as the system is unable to match anything.
