Workflow for Case Creation based on Sub Partner Record
Afternoon,
I'm hoping that someone can help me with what I thought should be a relatively easy process.
I'm looking to automatically create a case in NetSuite based on the change of a field on a Sub Partner record.
My State uses Record Type Partner, Event Definition is on View or Update. I've created a workflow using Create Record Type with a status which looks at the change of a field on the Sub Partner Record. My Parameter is Record Type Case.
My issue starts for field Company , if I manually create a case the data structure is
Sub Partner Acc Number Parent : Sub Partner Acc Name
0
