Changes in Oracle Updates

Dear all, how are you?

I'm writing this time because 3 days ago (possibly due to a recent update from Oracle), we noticed a change that's affecting our customers:

We have a LongText custom field.

We entered the following content:

<Base>5000.00<Base>
We saved the content... (this happens in any transaction).
The following appears in the content explorer:

And then it changes as follows:

And this only happens with the word "Base"

We would like it to be saved as shown in the first image:

I'm waiting to hear if you have any knowledge of how to fix this issue. Thank you in advance. Best regards.
